When I purchase a Team Web Site, how long will it run?
Your purchase is for the calendar year. If you purchase in
January, your web site will run from then until December
31st. If you purchase in March, the web site will
still expire in December. Early purchases or
Pre-Ordering will take place as early as October or November for the
next calendar year. Sites that pre-order will run from
the date purchased through the end of the next year.

Are there any hidden or extra costs in my Team Web Site?
No. You pay just fifty dollars for the entire year and no
more. There are no extra charges for any part of the web site.

How does my Team Web Site get updated?
The SeriousSoftball.com Team Web Site program has been designed in a
way that allows you, the coach, the manager or all of the above to
do all changes using your web browser. All colors,
fonts, statistics, rosters, message board, voting polls and
everything else can be updated by logging in with a password.
This program has been successfully used for over 3 years and comes
with a backup option to safely store your data.

Can I add my own Photos or Team Logo to the site?
Yes. The administration program allows
you to add a team
photo, a team logo, and even a series of photos in the photo gallery
page.

Message Boards
Can anyone have a Message Board?
No. The message boards are designated
for softball use only. It can be for softball companies,
teams, other web sites, etc. However, no message boards
will be permitted that do not pertain to softball.
Any individual may request a message board, but only those for
softball will be created.

What happens if a user violates the Terms of Service?
If a user violates the Terms of Service, SeriousSoftball.com or the
administrator of the message board will ban them posting on the
board or all boards. If the violation is sever, then further
steps are necessary to track down and pursue the violators, a court
order might be obtained to trace records and obtain the identity of
the individual. If the message board administrator
is in violation or if the board is out of control of the
administrator, it will be removed at the discretion of
SeriousSoftball.com.

I have been banned from posting a message, what does this mean?
A user can be banned from posting on an individual message board or
all SeriousSoftball.com message boards. Each message
board was started by an individual outside of SeriousSoftball.com.
Those individuals are the administrators of their message boards,
but must also agree to the Terms of Service before starting the
board. If a user from their board is posting
material that violates those terms, they might ban the user from
posting in order to keep themselves out of trouble or their board
from being removed. The user might be a competitor to
them that they just want to ban from posting and as the creator and
administrator of the board, they have the right to do so.
From time to time, SeriousSoftball.com will ban users from posted on
all boards if they feel the user has violated the Terms of Service
across multiple boards or if the violation was a sever one.

Can anyone post in the Classifieds?
Yes. The classified section is for any visitor to read or
post. However, any classifieds that do not pertain to softball
will be subject to removal. If any posts contain sexual
material, profanity, harassment, or other materials that are illegal
or unfit for the general public, the proper authority will be
notified.

What kind of items or ads can be posted in the Classifieds?
It is most often used for softball equipment, such as bats, gloves,
bags, pitching machines, etc. However, it can also be
used to advertise a sponsorship opportunity or to shop for a new
team to play for. We only ask that you keep it softball
related or it will be removed.
