It was not a banner finish in 2010 for the Maroon and Grey...They added on 4 more wins to their already gaudy American League Playoff resume`...But it was a reversal of fortune in the World Series as they just could not hang without their injured stars...
They went down 3-Games-to-1 in the Series and their run of 4 Consecutive Championships came to an end... Gritty, Gutty effort but now the question is, how will they fare in 2011??...All the injured players are not at 100% yet...Even one new pick-up is not entirely healthy...And now this team is another year older...
Can they hang when every other team in the League has probably gotten better??...Will age and time and more inujuries possibly catch up with them??...6 Teams enter...Only 2 make the Series...Everybody knows that the B-Team will be one of them, but will Phoenix be the other?? |
